Subscriptions

Subscribing to Projects, Companies, and Contacts is an efficient way to ensure that you and your team stay up to date on the latest changes, correspondences, and actions within Buildr.

When you subscribe to an item, you will receive an email notification when:

• A comment, call, meeting or custom activity is logged in the Activity feed.
• You are mentioned or tagged by a team member.
• A project changes in stage.

Automatic Subscriptions

You will automatically be subscribed to any Project, Company, or Contact that you create or are assigned to. Additionally, you will automatically be subscribed to an item when you are mentioned by a team member in the Activity feed of that item.

Manually Subscribing

To subscribe to an item, navigate to the desired Project, Company, or Contact and click "Subscribe" on the top-right of the Activity feed.

Unsubscribing

To Unsubscribe from a specific Project, Company, or Contact, navigate to the item and click "Unsubscribe".

Once unsubscribed, you will need to manually subscribe to that item to receive notifications.
