Manage user permissions in account settings

Account permissions specify the level of access users will have to projects and tools in Buildr. There are two permission types in Buildr:

  • Project Access: Users will either access all projects, or a limited set of projects assigned to them.
  • Tool Permissions: Users will have access to any combination of specific tools, such as Precon Management, Leads, Directory, Workforce, Analytics, and Reports.

User permissions can be managed in the account settings under Team Members.


Project Access

Project Access permissions can be configured to give the user full access to all projects, or a limited set of projects assigned to them.

Users with limited project permissions will only be able to access projects on which they are listed as a Project Team member. Learn how to manage the the Project Team here.


Tool Permissions

Team members will have access to any combination of specific tools, such as Precon Management, Leads, Directory, Workforce, Analytics, and Reports.

To grant a team member access to tools and permissions, simply check the corresponding box, and select a permission level (Admin, Collaborator, or No Access).
