Target Budget

The Target Budget area tracks the changes of the target budget throughout the project lifecycle. The target budget represents the total contract value that you are aiming to achieve. Often times, it is the maximum price that your client is not willing to exceed.

To create a new target budget, scroll down to the Target section of the main budget and click "New Target Budget."

Enter the new target amount, date, and include any relevant notes or details. Click "Create."

To view the target budget history, click "View History."

On the milestone page, you can see the target budgets graphed with every milestone's total.
