Included Markups
To include other markups in a markup formula, add them to the Included Markups column. The totals of the included markups will be added to the formula when performing a calculation. For example, if a Fee should include the Total Cost + Markups, it will have a formula of % of Total Cost, and Included Markups will include all other markups. Navigate to the column and select the markups you wish to include. Buildr will apply the selected formula to both the budget and any included markups.
A markup can only be included in the markup formula if it does not cause a circular reference. For example, if a fee references a bonding markup, the bond markup cannot reference itself nor the associated fee.
