Create a Milestone

Milestones represent a significant point in a project budget’s lifecycle, and is commonly associated with a specific design phase (Schematic Design, Design Documents, Construction Documents, etc). You can view milestones by navigating to Milestones in the sidebar: To create a new milestone, click New Milestone. Next, select a point in your budget’s history to create your milestone from. Select the budget phase and enter a date, description (if applicable), and include any relevant attachments. Click Create to create the milestone.

Export a Milestone Report

To export a milestone report, select the milestone, and click Export Budget.
If you would like to include your company logo in the milestone report, you can add the logo in your account settings under Account Details.
Next, select the export type: Summary Only (Division Rollup), Grouped by Cost Code, or Detailed. Click Export. Export Milestone Pn Your milestone will be downloaded as a PDF report for you to share with your clients, architects, or internal team.

Edit a Milestone

To edit an existing milestone, click More, and select Edit.

Delete a Milestone

To delete a milestone, click More, and select Delete.
