Enable the Microsoft 365 integration to sync emails, calendar events, and tasks.

Connect Microsoft 365

To begin, navigate to the top-right of the page and click Profile. Under Integrations, select Connect Microsoft 365. Here, you can select which Microsoft services you would like to sync:
  • Email
  • Calendar
  • Tasks

Sync Emails

Emails between you and the corresponding contact in Buildr will pull in from Outlook to the contact’s activity feed. Additionally, if the corresponding contact is listed as a client/owner in any project directories, the email will also populate in the activity feed of all associated projects.

Assign Emails to Projects

If the contact is listed in more than one project directory, you can easily select which project the email is linked to. Simply navigate to the email in the project activity log and select Read more. Here, you will see a pop-up window indicating the linked projects associated with the email. To exclude any of the projects listed, click the x icon on the project & click Delete. Conversely, Buildr enables you to link additional projects to your email by clicking + Add Project. The email will then populate in the activity feed of the associated projects.

Sync Calendar Events

Buildr will sync any calendar events that are scheduled with contacts in your CRM. Calendar events will be logged in the contact’s activity feed and the associated company’s activity feed.

Sync Tasks

Tasks that are assigned to you in Buildr will pull into Microsoft Tasks. When tasks are modified (change deadline, add task notes) or completed in Microsoft, they will display accordingly in Buildr.
