Create fully customizable task templates for your team to easily apply to their projects.

Create Task Templates

To begin creating your Task Templates, navigate to the account settings and click Project Settings. Select the Task Templates tab. Enter your first task template name in the field provided, and click Create. Once your template is named, select the template from the list. Here, you will have the option to create one or more task lists. To build your first task list, click Add Template Task List. Name your task list and click Create. Once your task list is created, you can build the individual tasks that will be applied to your projects. Click + Template Task to add your first task. Give the task a title, and enter a description or relevant notes. Click Create.

Apply a Task Template to a Project

Once your task templates are created at the account level, you and your team can begin to apply templates to your projects. First, navigate to a project and select the Tasks tab. Click Apply Task Template. Select a template from the list. You will then be prompted to select your task assignees and deadlines. Once your tasks are assigned, click Apply. Task Template Pn

Delete a Task Template

To remove a task template, click More, and click Delete Task Template.
