Utilization with Assignments View

In the example below, we have an employee, Adrian Bartell, who is 200% utilized. The Utilization with Assignments view enables us to view Adrian’s overlapping assignments. The advantage of using the Utilization with Assignments view is that the utilization percentage of each assignment is shown, which makes it easier to determine which project to reassign. Utilization Only View

If you are working in the Utilization Only view, simply click on the segment of overutilization to view the employee’s assignments. Resolving Overallocation Pn Click on the name of a project to navigate to the workforce assignments for that specific project. You can then reassign the role to another employee.
