Buildr Mobile App
Get started with Buildr Mobile (iOS)
With the Buildr mobile app, you can view and update your data directly on your iPhone. Whether you're on-the-go or in-between job sites, you have all the information you need to stay connected to your team and move projects forward with the Buildr CRM app.
App Setup
To get started, visit the iOS App Store, search for Buildr: The Construction CRM, and download the application. Open the app and select Sign In. Enter your Buildr credentials (email and password) or sign in with Procore.
Once logged in, you will have access to all of your projects, companies, contacts, and tasks.

Mobile App Features
Home Page
The home page is your central hub for an at-a-glance view of your pursuits, financial pipeline, and open tasks. With one tap, access your leads, company directory, contacts, projects, tasks, and employees. Assign a task, generate a lead, or jot down contact information by selecting the easy access "Create" button at the bottom of your screen.
Search Tool
With the search tool, you can quickly locate any leads, projects, contacts, companies, tasks, and even workforce employees. Select the focused search functionality to pinpoint exactly which area in Buildr you wish to search.
My Work
View just the items that are assigned to you with the My Work page. Here, you'll be able to quickly access your tasks, projects in pursuit, and leads.
Projects
Manage every aspect of your projects right on your phone. Gain a clear overview of all your projects, what stage they are in, and any associated activities. Toggle between Mine and All to view projects that are assigned to you or view projects that are managed by your team members.
Tasks
Stay on top of action items with Tasks. This feature enables you to keep track of all your to-do's. Whether it's a meeting, sending a project proposal, or a reminder to follow up with your stakeholders, Tasks will help stay on top of essential checklist items for all your projects.
Leads
Keep track of a potential job or partnership on-the-go by recording a lead. When you hear about a new project or customer, but aren't ready to pass it to the pre-construction team, create a lead with just two clicks.
Directory
Access and manage all your companies directly on mobile. View companies by their category or view all your companies in a list view.
Cost Model
The Cost Model is a powerful tool that serves as your central source of truth for project estimates. With this database, you can answer pricing questions using historical budget data, compare current and historical estimates, and identify financial trends across your project budgets over time. The Cost Model uses data from milestones generated by the Budgeting Tool, click the link to learn more.
Get the most out of Buildr CRM by ensuring you are using the latest version of the app. To check which version you're using, select Settings and look for the version ID at the bottom of your screen.
