Guide to creating and utilizing custom activities

Create Your Custom Activity Types

To get started, navigate to your Settings and select the "Custom Activities" tab.

Click "New Custom Activity Type" to create your first custom activity category.

Create Custom Activities

Now that you've created your first custom activity category, you can begin to add custom fields to your activity type.

Select "+ New Custom Field."

Similar to custom fields, you will be prompted to create a name and select a type for your custom activity field. Buildr provides you with numerous field types - checkboxes, dates, text, etc. Select the appropriate type for your custom field and click "Create."

Log Your Custom Activities

Once your custom activities are created, you will be able to log your custom activities in your companies, contacts, or projects.

Simply click "Log Activity," and select your custom activity from the drop-down menu.
