Project Settings
Learn how to customize key project-related fields in Project Settings
Buildr's default project settings can be fully customized to best suit your team's workflow.
Note: Only Admins have access to account Settings. If you would like to change the field options outlined in this article, please connect with your company's account admin.
Stages
To modify the stages in your account, navigate to the account settings and click "Project Settings." Select the Stages tab.

To create a new stage, enter the stage name into the field provided, and select either Open for pursuit projects, or Won for awarded jobs. Click "Create."

To reorder your stages, select the drag handle icon and move the stage to its appropriate order. Additionally, you can edit a stage by clicking on the pencil icon, or delete a stage by clicking the trash can icon.

Contract Types
To add, edit, or delete a Contract Type, navigate to Project Settings, and select the Contract Types tab.

To create a new contract type, enter the name into the field provided and click "Create." Additionally, you can edit a contract type by clicking on the pencil icon, or delete a type by clicking the trash can icon.

Tender Types
To add, edit, or delete a Tender Type, navigate to the Tender Types tab. Enter the name into the field provided and click "Create." Additionally, you can edit a tender type by clicking on the pencil icon, or delete a type by clicking the trash can icon.

Delivery Methods
To add, edit, or delete a Delivery Method, navigate to the Delivery Methods tab. Enter the name into the field provided and click "Create." Additionally, you can edit a delivery method by clicking on the pencil icon, or delete an item by clicking the trash can icon.

Note: You can only delete an item if it is not being utilized on any projects in your account.
