Manage account roles and permission levels
There are three designated permission levels for users in Buildr:
- Admin - Admin users can view and access all tools, manage account settings, add or remove users, edit user permission levels, and export data. Admins can also add or dismiss workforce employees.
- Standard Permissions - Standard users can access all tools in Buildr, but cannot access account settings nor export data.
- Limited Permissions - Users with Limited Permissions can only access specific tools - CRM, Insights, and/or Workforce. Limited users cannot access account settings nor export data.
How to Edit User Permission Levels
Navigate to the Team Members tab in the account Settings. Select the pencil icon on the user you wish to edit.
Select Admin, Standard Permissions, or Limited Permissions. Click "Update" to save your changes.
Limited Permissions
If you select Limited Permissions, Buildr will provide you with a list of Tool Permissions - CRM, Insights, and Workforce.
Check-mark the tools your team member will need to access, and uncheck any tools to restrict access. Finally, click "Update" to save your changes.
